What You'll Do

• Assess and monitor OB/GYN patients, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Assist with procedures and assist in managing labor and delivery cases
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies
• Support non-RN staff, such as LPNs and PCTs, to ensure seamless patient care

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Ohio or willingness to obtain licensure
• Flexibility with work schedule
• Strong clinical skills in OB/GYN nursing

Preferred:

• Prior experience in OB/GYN nursing or related specialty
