Wheeler Law PLLC is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Family Law Attorney to help lead and grow our expanding Family Law practice. This isn't a traditional law firm leadership role. We're looking for someone who is excited about mentorship, technology, innovation, and finding better ways to practice law. Someone who sees an inefficient process and asks, "Why are we doing it this way?" Most importantly, we're looking for an excellent attorney and leader who wants to help build something—without having to carry the entire business on their back. The Role As a Senior Associate Family Law Attorney, you will: Manage a caseload of family law matters. Provide strategic guidance on complex cases and litigation. Mentor junior attorneys and legal paraprofessionals. Review pleadings, motions, discovery, and substantive work product. Assist with hiring, training, and development of the family law team. Help improve systems, workflows, efficiency, and client experience. Work with firm leadership to shape the growth and direction of the department. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $130,000–$180,000 , commensurate with experience, plus competitive performance-based compensation.
