Product Lead, AI-Powered Analytics & Reporting

Rippling is seeking a Product Lead for Reporting and Analytics to own the experience and platform foundations for AI-powered insights. You will shape how reporting spans across HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Recruiting, and external apps within Rippling’s Data Cloud strategy.
In this role you will guide product direction, marry data science with product design, ensure trusted data delivery, and drive adoption among enterprise and mid-market customers, collaborating with engineering in SF and Seattle.
