Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and design individualized therapy plans that empower them toward their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Approaches: Apply evidence-based techniques to boost patients' physical abilities, cognitive skills, and capacity for daily tasks
• Engage with Holistic Care Teams: Work alongside other professionals, including OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses, to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Guide Patients and Family: Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies to support continued progress beyond therapy sessions
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment modalities when necessary to ensure successful rehabilitation

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution
• Ongoing education and postgraduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT certification is a must
