Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Telemetry for a travel contract in bustling Plattsburgh, NY. This role requires working across multiple units, including Med Surg, Oncology, and Orthopedics, in a dynamic environment where support and team collaboration are key.

- Administer medications and perform IV insertions and blood draws
- Float between units including M/S Tele, and assist with ED Hold patients
- Conduct assessments and develop patient care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Valid NY RN license at time of submission
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in Telemetry
- BLS certification required; CMSRN preferred
- Recent Epic experience within the past 2 years
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required before starting
