Quality Compliance Specialist

We're seeking a Quality Compliance Specialist who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality programs, support compliance initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. What you'll be responsible for: Serve as a key resource for the company's Quality Management System, ensuring processes remain effective, compliant, and continuously improving. Coordinate and lead internal, supplier, customer, and third-party audits while tracking findings through resolution. Maintain quality documentation, standard operating procedures, and document control practices. Partner with Operations, Purchasing, and other departments to improve supplier quality and overall manufacturing performance. Support core quality activities including calibration programs, measurement system analysis (MSA/GR&R), APQP, PPAP, and FMEA initiatives. Prepare customer compliance documentation, quality metrics, and other reports used to monitor performance. Provide guidance and training to employees on quality standards, auditing practices, and compliance expectations. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk, and strengthen quality performance across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a science or related technical discipline. Two or more years of experience supporting quality systems or compliance within a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality standards is highly desirable. Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency. Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE and lifting up to 25 pounds when needed. Why consider this opportunity?
