Remote Sales Person for K12 School Safety Products

This person will become a part of the Visitor Management Sales team and will focus on securing sales as a part of our sales team. All remote sales team members work as independent contractors (1099). The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for telephone and email prospecting; product demonstrations and account management through the sale. This individual will be an enthusiastic team player with exceptional phone communication skills able to understand different buying personas, position and communicate the value of visitor management, and persuade new business prospects to learn more.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Call prospective customers and schedule sales presentations.
• Be proactive and accountable for meeting goals and objectives.
• Utilize tools to manage and communicate pipeline through Hubspot CRM.
• Maintain relationships with target buyers through ongoing communication via telephone calls, emails, webinars etc.
• Follow up with leads from Team in a timely manner.
• Occasional Travel to Conferences is a possibility.

Job Requirements:

• Requesting sales, specifically solution, K12 and/or security sales experience.
• Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements for customers.
• Must demonstrate initiative and be self-motivated in order to secure results in a sales environment.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient with technology and computer literacy.
• Outstanding work ethic.

Job Types: Hiring Full-Time, base pay with Commission Salary: Base pay with commission expected to make at minimum of $50K first year, up to 100K.
