Mac Haik Ford is looking for a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our growing team. If you enjoy talking with customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, wed love to meet you. What Youll Do Answer inbound service calls and make outbound calls to customers. Schedule service appointments while maximizing shop capacity. Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email. Confirm appointments to maintain a high show rate. Build value in recommended maintenance and dealership services. Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM. Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a smooth customer experience. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals. Handle objections with confidence and professionalism. Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial contact through their appointment. What Were Looking For Positive attitude with excellent communication skills. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Coachable with a desire to improve every day. Bilingual is a plus. Experience preferred- Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive experience preferred. Were willing to train the right person with the right attitude and drive. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform with minimal supervision. Must be dependable, professional, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Performance Expectations This is a performance-driven position.
