This position allows you to work remotely while remaining integrated with our supportive, collaborative team in Halls. Our work hours run from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Tennessee.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A profound understanding of various mental health disorders along with evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly as they relate to cultural competence in therapy.

• Proven experience in delivering therapy, both individually and in groups, utilizing culturally responsive methodologies.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the capacity to remain composed during demanding situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of establishing rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Confidence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems along with general proficiency in computer-based tasks.

• A commitment to ethical practices, professional boundaries, and confidentiality in all interactions.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n
