Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, comprising individuals from various cultural, social, and economic backgrounds. Your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate these challenges and facilitating positive change in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Maryland.

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

• A non-judgmental, empathetic attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational skills to manage case loads effectively and ensure timely administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.

• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or others relevant to a range of mental health issues.

• Competitive salary of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client capacity.
