Sales Coordinator

Job Description

We have an immediate opening for aSales Coordinator!

Hours:
8:30AM 5:00PM, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Manager with customer service, quoting, and daily sales operations.
Review orders for accuracy, process documentation, and ensure customer requirements are met.
Communicate lead times, inventory availability, project updates, and shipping information.
Coordinate with production teams to manage project timelines, rush orders, and customer concerns.
Maintain product knowledge and provide support on technical questions, drawings, and specifications.

Requirements:

1-2 years of customer service, sales support, or related experience.
Strong communication, customer service, and phone skills.
Proficiency with computers, data entry, and CRM systems.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
High School Diploma required; Associate degree in Business preferred.
