This full-time, contract opportunity is designed for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist who thrives in working with adolescents and is passionate about supporting communication development in a school setting.

Enjoy the rewarding challenge of providing therapy for approximately 44 students in grades 9 through 12. You'll work collaboratively with educators and other support staff, splitting your expertise between two school buildings. This in-person role is ideal for someone who values building genuine connections while delivering critical interventions that empower students to succeed academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license and PEL required
• Experience working with high school-age students preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs
• Collaborative approach when teaming with teachers and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with each student's goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services provided
• Work across two buildings, managing a manageable caseload of approximately 44 students
• Liaise with faculty, families, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support
• Participate in IEP meetings and student progress discussions
