Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire) – 2ndAre you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician looking for a long-term career with excellent pay and advancement opportunities? We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join a leading automotive manufacturer in Paris, KY.Responsibilities:Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.Install and maintain new production equipment.Complete work orders and document repairs performed.Work with production teams to improve equipment reliability, safety, quality, and productivity.Respond quickly to equipment downtime and production needs.Qualifications:Associate's degree or technical degree preferred.Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Ability to read electrical schematics.PLC experience preferred (Fanuc controls and robotics experience are a plus).Experience with CNC machining centers, stamping equipment, or automated manufacturing equipment is preferred.Must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and plant shutdowns as needed.Schedule:Full-TimeTraining will be completed on 1st shift.After training, candidates will transition to either 2nd or 3rd shift.Overtime availablePay & Benefits:Starting Pay: $35.15/hour$1.00/hour shift differential upon transition to 2nd shiftDirect Hire OpportunityExcellent long-term career opportunity with a growing automotive manufacturerPlease Note: Qualified candidates must complete a one-hour pre-employment assessment before interviewing.
