HR Generalist — Leave & Compliance Specialist
Equipment Depot, Inc.
Equipment Depot, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to administer employee leave programs, coordinate accommodations, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role also serves as back-up for onboarding and manages terminations according to state guidelines. You will liaise with employees, managers and vendors, develop SOPs and workflows, monitor leave status and return-to-work dates, and assist with COBRA administration while supporting benefits projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr Equipment Depot, Inc.
