Bilingual Human Resources GeneralistNextStep Recruiting is partnering with a confidential manufacturing organization to identify a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist. This role will provide hands-on HR support to employees and leadership, with a focus on employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has experience supporting a manufacturing workforce, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced operational environment.ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary HR resource for employees and supervisors, providing guidance on employee relations, workplace policies, performance management, and conflict resolutionManage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee orientations, and training initiatives for facility personnelSupport payroll, benefits, timekeeping, leave administration, compensation, and employee record managementPartner with leadership to implement HR initiatives, improve processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policiesSupport employee engagement, workplace safety initiatives, HR reporting, and other operational projectsRequirementsBilingual in English and Spanish requiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3-5 years of HR experience within a manufacturing or distribution environmentStrong knowledge of employee relations, employment laws, recruiting, performance management, and HR complianceExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently; SHRM or PHR certification preferredNextStep Recruiting provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics or sexual orientation.
