Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License and teaching certificate
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows and SLPAs will also be considered (supervision fee for CFs covered by agency)
• Experience in school-based settings, particularly with AAC devices and assistive technology, is highly valued
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within collaborative teams alongside OTs, PTs, and special educators
• Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students across a variety of settings
• Support students in Autistic Support and life skills classrooms and facilitate transition planning in secondary grades
• Emphasize use of AAC and other augmentative tools as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide progress reports
• Engage in ongoing team meetings and contribute to IEP development
