About the Role:

As an Admissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the admission process, including reviewing patient records, interviewing patients and families, and obtaining necessary information

Business development and marketing the facility
• Communicating with healthcare providers
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts and insurance information
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure timely and efficient care
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of experience in healthcare or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
