The OB/GYN Department and the individual providers are a diverse and cohesive group of caring and competent providers. The role of the gynecological provider at Kelsey Seybold spans the adult lifetime of woman's care, meeting both her medical and surgical needs. Responsibilities Provide general gynecological care of women. Provide care related to pregnancy and the reproductive system. Prevent, diagnose, and treat general health problems, with a focus on ailments specific to the female anatomy, such as breast and cervical cancer, urinary tract and pelvic disorders, and hormonal disorders. Specialize in childbirth, treating and counseling women throughout their pregnancy, from giving prenatal diagnoses, to delivery, and postpartum care. Compensation Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $278,500 to $484,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
