This position is designed for highly skilled individuals who are passionate about analyzing complex systems, improving operational efficiencies, and driving technological innovation. The Systems Analyst is responsible for assessing existing systems, designing new solutions, and ensuring seamless integration and implementation within our dynamic work environment. With a focus on problem-solving and optimization, this role requires a deep understanding of both business processes and technical frameworks.You will report to the Technical Leader – Configure to QuoteYour Responsibilities:Analyze existing systems and business modelsIdentify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitabilityLiaise with users to track additional feature requirements and storiesDocument system requirements and define scope and objectivesDocument, validate, and implement new system capabilitiesPrepare technical requirements by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing informationCollaborate with IT and business teams to resolve issuesTrain and support users on new systems and functionalitiesImplement and configure software applicationsConduct regular reviews of systems and generate improvement recommendationsConduct system technical validationsAbility to operate in Large projects within IT application spaceThe Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
