Account Representative

Bloomington, Minnesota | Full-Time | NO weekends | Onsite | $22-$23/hr

The Opportunity

As an Account Representative at DCM Services, you will serve as a key point of contact in resolving accounts for deceased individuals, working sensitively with estates, attorneys, and family representatives. This is an office-based role at our Minnesota location. You will be part of a supportive team that values empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Licensed Debt Collector (or ability to obtain licensure)
• Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems
• The ability to work an opening shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm) and closing shift (10:30 am – 7:00 pm) once a week after training is complete.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and client-specific requirements
• Uphold company information security and privacy responsibilities
• Accurately document accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed
