Cycle Counter / Inventory Control Specialist – 1st Shift
Hudson, OH
$18.00/Hour | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a strong background in inventory control and cycle counting? We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join a growing warehouse team in Hudson, Ohio. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and maintaining inventory integrity.

Shift Available:

• Monday – Friday
• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay:

• Starting at $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits throughout the warehouse
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Verify product locations and quantities within the warehouse management system
• Assist with inventory adjustments and reconciliation processes
• Work closely with warehouse leadership to improve inventory accuracy
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company standards
• Support overall warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous cycle counting experience in a warehouse environment is required
• Strong inventory control experience is required
• Must have documented experience performing cycle counts
• Experience working with inventory management systems and warehouse software
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
• Strong computer aptitude and ability to learn inventory management software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Good math and problem-solving skills
• Tow motor/forklift experience is a plus, but not required
