Manufacturing Engineer

Join a leading med-tech firm in Memphis, TN as a Manufacturing Engineer and help take the limits off living. This role requires a driven professional with an Engineering BS, 3-4 years of experience, and skills in equipment validation and CAD to optimize manufacturing processes.

responsibilities:

• Lead equipment installation, cleaning validations (IQ, OQ, PQ, VRA), and optimize plant facility layouts to ensure maximum efficiency.

• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes for components and final assemblies.

• Manage capital projects by justifying finances and monitoring spend, while also estimating manufacturing costs and time standards for product lines.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Quality, and Production teams to align on tooling, equipment, and manufacturing methods.

• Conduct investigations, implement corrective/preventative actions, and utilize risk analysis tools such as Process Maps, pFMEA, and MSA to ensure quality standards.
