We're hiring for our Insights team to help our customers unlock the full value of Listen Labs. You'll partner directly with product, research, and marketing leaders at some of the world's most innovative companies to translate insights into decisions.

Listen Labs is an AI-powered research platform that helps teams uncover insights from customer interviews in hours — not months. We help customers analyze conversations, surface themes, and make faster, smarter product decisions.

What You'll Do

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, ensure quality assurance, and support the creation of insights briefs and presentations that deliver actionable insights.
• Become an expert on the Listen platform, advocating for best practices, quota structure, and platform utilization for analysis.
• Serve as a strategic partner — proactively identifying opportunities to utilize the platform to address customer needs.
• Support team members with onboarding new customers, supplementing training, and helping customers troubleshoot within the platform.
• Identify opportunities for process, workflow, and product improvements to enhance the team and client experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Recruitment Ops, Engineering, Sales) to champion the customer perspective and influence roadmap priorities.
• Move fast — balancing high-quality craft with rapid iteration and experimentation.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in client-facing insights, strategy, research, or customer success roles.
• Intrinsically motivated with a high attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working across qualitative and quantitative inputs, identifying which methodology would be best suited for business objectives.
• Strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas and work across teams.
• Curious, analytical, and relentlessly focused on helping customers succeed.
• Thrives in ambiguity and fast-changing environments — no passengers, no politics.

• The range for this role is $85,000 – $110,000 OTE. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, and work location. If this range doesn't match your expectations, we still encourage you to apply.
