Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions via telehealth platforms with individuals, couples, and families to address a wide range of emotional and mental health issues.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients that align with their specific goals and desired outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to foster positive change.

• Regularly assess and document clients’ emotional and mental health needs, updating treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients during urgent emotional episodes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and trust.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including social workers and psychiatrists, to create integrative treatment approaches.

• Engage in continual professional development and stay current with licensure requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.
