Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Assess, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear treatment goals, ensuring they are actively involved in their therapeutic journey.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and connect clients with local resources and services to ensure comprehensive support.

• Maintain meticulous, timely clinical documentation that adheres to both state regulations and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions and workshops, thereby enhancing your clinical skills and staying informed about the latest intervention methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Omada Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families navigating a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and the ability to approach therapy with cultural competency and sensitivity is essential to fostering trust and effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline is highly preferred.

• At least 4 years of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a deep understanding of therapeutic practices.

• Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working in community health settings and familiarity with electronic health record systems will be advantageous. Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques or areas such as trauma-informed care will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
