Location: Morristown, NJ and Hackettstown NJ
Practice: Lalin Eye & Eye and Laser Surgery Centers of New Jersey
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (No weekends)

Lalin Eye & Eye and Laser Surgery Centers of NJ are a fast-paced, high-tech center of excellence focused on premium cataract surgery, retina care, and concierge-level patient experience. Our clinical team supports advanced diagnostics, surgical innovation, and high-volume, premium cataract patient care.
We are seeking an experienced Ophthalmic Technician with strong technical skills, a professional presence, and a desire to grow in a world-class environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform comprehensive workups including manual refraction, tonometry, dilation, and OCT
- Operate advanced diagnostics: iTrace, Optos, Argos, Heidelberg OCT, fundus photography, HVF
- Work closely with our surgeon to prepare cataract and retina patients
- Support surgical counseling and premium IOL evaluations
- Understand workflows for PanOptix, Vivity, and Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) patients
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years experience as an ophthalmic technician, COA or COT preferred
- Proficient in refractions and advanced diagnostic testing
- Comfortable in a high-efficiency, team-based environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for premium outcomes and patient-first service
