Licensed Optician wanted for optical retail store in the heart of Morristown's shopping district. Experience preferred but not required. Competitive pay and benefits.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Lab work: edging, adjustments & repairs, checking lenses & incoming orders
• Selling/Customer Education: working with customers to find the best frame & lenses for their needs; discussing options & explaining technology
• Dispensing glasses & taking appropriate measurements
• Ordering lenses & frames from different labs & manufacturers
• Maintaining up to date education & product knowledge for lenses & frames
• Checking lab & frame invoices/statements
• Submitting insurance claims
• Keep lab & other shared workspaces clean & organized
• Maintain inventory & displays within optical retail area & dispensing tables
• Assist coworkers in completing daily tasks
