Senior/Lead Performance Tester

We are hiring Senior/Lead performance tester for our client in Bethpage, New York. Candidates can submit resume with LinkedIn and visa copy. It's an Onsite Role.

Candidates must be USC/GC holder.

Experience: 10+ Years

Must Haves for this role:

• Performance Testing Concepts
• Performance Test Execution
• Experience in Citrix Protocol
• Able to handle the project alone from the requirement gathering till the project closure

Job Description:

• Experience with performance testing using Loadrunner using Citrix Protocol with any APM tool.
• Able to assess Non Functional Requirements and create performance plan & strategy
• Able to work closely with the solution architect/software development team, gathering requirements and feedback
• Able to write or leverage scripts that have been written in PT tool (Loadrunner)
• Conduct weekly status meetings and provide and present weekly status reports
• Prepare and publish test Summary Report on completion of performance testing
• Test Report walkthrough with Technical team and Business users
• Test closure activities and Sign off
• Positive attitude and a willingness to be flexible and learn new technologies
• Problem solving mindset to remove roadblocks and technical challenges
• Very strong communication skills
