Key Responsibilities Patient Interaction & Order Management: Take accurate food orders directly from patients at their bedside, ensuring strict adherence to their specific dietary restrictions and personal preferences. Premium Meal Delivery: Promptly and courteously deliver breakfast, lunch, and dinner trays directly to patient rooms, maintaining a high standard of hospitality. Logistics & Sanitation: Efficiently transport food carts and used dinnerware from patient floors back to the dish room for proper sanitization. Inventory Support: Restock floor pantries, nourishment stations, and prep areas to ensure the facility is fully prepped for the next day’s service. Compliance & Safety: Maintain a spotless, safe work environment by strictly following hospital protocols and food safety regulations. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Previous food service or food handling experience is required. Experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or healthcare setting is highly preferred. Hospitality Mindset: Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact empathetically and professionally with patients, families, and clinical staff. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8‑hour shift and comfortably push/pull heavy food carts throughout the facility.
