Are you an accounting professional looking to expand your experience beyond the basics? We're seeking a Staff Accountant who is eager to take ownership of key accounting functions while building a long-term career with a collaborative and growing organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-4 years of accounting experience who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop into a Senior Accountant.

** Job Duties: **

Manage daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, amortizations, and reclassifications
Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet account reconciliations
Review shipment activity and resolve billing discrepancies
Process vendor invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve payment issues
Generate customer invoices and apply incoming payments
Support audits, special projects, and continuous process improvements

** Qualifications: **

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2-4 years of accounting experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or General Accounting
Manufacturing or supply chain experience is a plus
Strong understanding of GAAP
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas)
