Patient Financial Navigator

Job Description University Cancer & Blood Center is hiring a full time Patient Financial Navigator. This position is 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. and 7:30 am- 4:00 pm. Job Duties: Work with various drug assistance/reimbursement programs and patient assistance programs to get patient assistance needed. Meet with patients regarding balances, payment plans, financial resources Process monthly statements. Respond to patient inquiries regarding statement balances Collecting on money owed by patients Processing monthly refunds Job Requirements: High School Diploma Previous medical office experience Previous billing experience preferred Desire and ability to work with patients.
