About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Operations Strategy to play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the business operations strategy for its Network as a Service (NaaS) business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a multi-year business operations strategy that aligns with client value, revenue growth, and other key business factors. This includes identifying and assessing new growth opportunities, building strategic business cases, and translating strategy into a portfolio of initiatives. The role also involves designing the target operating model for scalability, co-shaping the product, technology, and data agenda, and establishing a performance strategy with a focus on financial and commercial acumen. The Vice President will be a strategic advisor, leading cross-functional transformation initiatives, and will be expected to work with a high level of influence and executive alignment. Applicants for the Vice President, Business Operations Strategy position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in a related field, with at least 12 years of leadership experience in business operations strategy, payments, fintech, SaaS, or a similar environment. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in developing business strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps, as well as a proven track record in driving measurable business outcomes. Technical and data fluency is essential, as is the ability to work with product, software engineering, and data & analytics teams. Experience in B2B payments or fintech is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to partner effectively across various functions to achieve business goals.
