Nurse Practitioner (Remote, Full-time, Overnight)

Position Summary As a Staff Clinician at SteadyMD, you will be at the forefront of our clinical operations, providing patient-centered, timely access to care across multiple programs. You will engage with patients through video, phone, and asynchronous communication platforms, delivering care that aligns with SteadyMD's commitment to excellence. Position Overview Role: Staff Nurse Practitioner Location: Fully Remote Schedule: Overnight, 40 hours a week (including some weekends) Compensation Range: $100K - $120K annually Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties Deliver patient care across SteadyMD's programs, including but not limited to: urgent care, weight management, lab review, remote patient monitoring and primary care. Conduct evaluations via video, phone (both scheduled and on-demand), and asynchronous communication with patients of all ages (adults and pediatrics). Serve a diverse patient population while exemplifying inclusivity and evidence-based clinical practices. Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery. Demonstrate adaptability and a growth mindset by training on all programs as assigned and approved by the Medical Executive Committee and working across multiple programs during scheduled shifts to provide timely, high quality, patient-centered care. Leadership and Collaboration Act as a clinical leader within SteadyMD’s operations, setting the standard for care delivery, professionalism and collaboration. Collaborate with peers and multidisciplinary teams to enhance program performance and patient outcomes. Credentialing, Compliance, and Governance Participate in supervision requirements as applicable for credentialing and licensure. Cooperation with all teams on obtaining and maintaining additional licensure, and SteadyMD or program specific credentialing requirements as needed. Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and quality review of other clinicians. Interview, hire, onboard, train, and mentor clinical staff. Lead or support clinical programs, protocols, and care pathways. Participate in required meetings, committees, and organizational initiatives. Contribute to policy, compliance, credentialing, and clinical governance. People and Administrative Support Support performance management and clinical escalations. Carry administrative and program management responsibilities as assigned. Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in at least 30 states including at least 1 of the following states: AZ, CA, FL, NC, NY, IL, TX, VA Must be licensed in the state you live in Board Certified (AGNP-BC or FNP-BC) by the ANCC or AANP 2 years of in-person, independent practice experience as an NP 1-year experience in weight loss medicine, including prescribing GLP1 agonists preferred. Background in Internal or Family Medicine preferred Comfortable with complex chronic condition management preference Telemedicine or virtual care experience is preferred Available to work a minimum of two full weekends per month Skills Requirements Proficiency with technology platforms for telemedicine delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong professionalism and ability to work autonomously. Leadership qualities and a commitment to collaborative care.
