We are seeking a Commercial Lead II to lead a maintenance crew on commercial properties such as HOAs, office parks, and retail sites. Compensation & Premium Benefits Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (starting pay, based on experience). Hours: Consistent, full-time hours. What We Are Looking For Commercial Leadership: Proven ability to lead a crew of 3–4 team members on commercial properties. Efficiency: Keeps the crew on schedule and maintains 90% or higher efficiency. Property Knowledge: Strong knowledge of commercial mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and detailing standards. Sales Awareness: Spots and recommends upsell opportunities (enhancements, mulch, plant replacements, irrigation repairs). Communication: Communicates clearly with managers, account managers, and clients. Core Values: Lives out our T.E.A.M. core values and leads by example. Core Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required. Key Responsibilities Lead a commercial maintenance crew and assign daily tasks. Make sure every property meets company quality standards before leaving the site. Maintain crew efficiency of 90% or higher. Submit upsell recommendations to management. Estimate maintenance and cleanup hours. Train and coach crew members on safety, equipment, and company procedures. Complete daily paperwork and crew time on time. Keep the truck, trailer, and equipment clean and maintained. Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients or team members. Requirements Experience: 3 years of experience as a commercial landscape maintenance lead is required. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle schedule changes, property issues, and client concerns in the field. Credentials: A valid driver’s license is required.
