Need LinkedIn and Oil & Gas regulatory experience
We're looking for Senior Business Analysts with 10+ years of experience to support complex technology, legacy modernization, and mainframe transformation initiatives for the Railroad Commission of Texas .
Must Have:
10+ years of Business Analysis experience
3+ years of RBDMS (Risk Based Data Management System) / Oil & Gas regulatory experience
Strong requirements elicitation and documentation
Data modeling, use cases, traceability & process mapping
Mainframe transformation / legacy system analysis
Data migration and technical documentation
UAT, testing, training & implementation support
Production support and root-cause analysis
Experience working with business and cross-functional teams
Strong communication and technical writing skills
Preferred Experience:
COBOL / Mainframe environments
SQL
Azure DevOps
Visio / prototyping tools
Data Warehouse / Data Lake
SSIS / ETL
Snowflake
Oil & Gas, compliance or enforcement projects
Process improvement and organizational change
