2nd Shift, M-F, (3:00 p.m-11:30 p.m.)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machines to produce roofing ventilation products and related components.
• Load materials into machines and remove finished products as needed.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Monitor equipment during operation and report machine issues or production problems to the supervisor.
• Perform basic equipment adjustments, cleaning, and routine maintenance as needed.
• Record production totals, downtime, and other required information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Assist in other production areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 months of manufacturing experience preferred or required, depending on the specific opening.
• Ability to follow written instructions and production procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as required by the position.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
