Forklift Operator And SpotterQuickHire is seeking experienced Forklift Operators and Spotters for an immediate warehouse project in Effingham, IL. We are launching operations at two warehouse locations in Effingham and will transition to St. Elmo, IL after 3–4 weeks. This is a 4–6 month project with additional locations planned.Work Locations:420 W Industrial Ave, Effingham, IL1200 Niccum, Effingham, IL1010 Brewbaker Dr, St. Elmo, ILStart Date: Immediate – 3–5 team members needed this weekResponsibilities:Operate forklift to move, load, and stage materials safelyAssist with warehouse receiving and material placementSupport deliveries and inventory organizationWork closely with spotters to ensure safe warehouse flowFollow safety procedures and operational guidelinesRequirements:Valid Driver's LicenseMust speak EnglishProof of forklift experience (certification or verifiable job history)Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environmentDrug Policy: Marijuana pre-employment screening is not required in Illinois; however, zero drug use is permitted during working hours.This is a short-term project with steady hours and immediate start potential. Pay rates will be discussed directly based on experience and local market conditions.
