We are looking for a hands‑on Go‑to‑Market Associate to support sales, marketing, events, and GTM operations for a fast‑growing startup. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, highly operational, comfortable with digital tools, and excited to help build a AI start up’s operation from ground‑up. Responsibilities EventMarketing&CommunityBuilding Planandexecutemarketingevents,communitygatherings,webinars,customerdinners,andstartupecosystemactivities. Manageend‑to‑endeventoperations,includingaudiencetargeting,logistics,vendors,invitations,andattendeeengagement. Buildrelationshipswithcustomers,prospects,partners,andcommunitymemberstosupportpipelinegrowthandbrandvisibility. DigitalMarketing&CampaignExecution SupportdigitalmarketingcampaignsacrossLinkedIn,email,newsletters,webinars,andadditionalmarketingchannels. Coordinatemarketingcontent,campaignmessaging,socialmediaactivity,andeventpromotions. Trackcampaignandeventperformance,engagement,leadgeneration,andfollow‑upactivities. Support outbound sales and business development efforts through prospect research, outreach coordination, CRM updates, and meeting sheduling. Collaborate closely with leadership and sales teams to turn inbound activity, events, and community engagement into qualified opportunitis. SupportandoptimizeGTMsystemsandworkflowsusingtoolssuchasHubSpot,Clay,LinkedInSalesNavigator,Monday.com,andrelatedplatforms. Helpimproveoperationalprocesses,automateworkflows,andmaintainaccuratedataflowacrosssalesandmarketingsystems. Requirements Experienceorganizingmarketingevents,communityevents,startupprograms,orcustomer-facinggatherings. Hands‑onandexecution‑orientedapproach,withtheabilitytomanagedetailsfromplanningthroughfollow‑up. Backgroundinsalesdevelopment,businessdevelopment,marketingoperations,orothercustomer‑facingGTMroles. FamiliaritywithGTMandoperationaltoolssuchasHubSpot,Clay,LinkedInSalesNavigator,Monday.com,orsimilarplatforms. Basic digital marketing experience, including email campaigns, LinkedIn management, newsletters, or content coordination.
