Last Mile Site Manager

Job Title and Location Last Mile Site Manager – Norton, MA Language Requirement Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Essential Functions Coordinate communication flow between Haulers/Delivery Teams/Flatbed Drivers, Call Center and Local Client Management Teams. Provide on‑site presence daily, weekly, or bi‑weekly to ensure Haulers/Delivery Teams follow procedures. Oversee recruiting, processing, and performance of Haulers. Develop and maintain relations with vendors. Follow up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and in‑home damage claims. Interface with end customers to ensure effective in‑home delivery. Maintain monthly operation reports that include statistics and customer service scores. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent mathematical skills, including ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, areas, circumferences, and volumes. Ability to analyze technical and scientific journals as they pertain to the business and market. Strong problem‑solving and reasoning abilities to address a variety of problems and devise creative solutions. Pay Range $82k‑$88k per year *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
