Wayside Youth & Family Support Network in Framingham is seeking an Education Coordinator to collaborate with school districts to improve education plans for youth in the Family Networks system. You will coordinate with DCF, participate in IEP and school meetings, and manage a caseload while facilitating services and education rights for Homeless Youth.
