Family Partner - Empower Families in Wraparound Care

Riverside Community Care in Needham, MA is seeking a Family Partner to support youth and families in Wraparound services. You will collaborate with Intensive Care Coordinators to provide education, coaching, and coordination through the MiiWrap model. The role emphasizes relationship-building, empowering family participation in care planning, and advocacy. Candidates should have a MA driver’s license, and bilingual skills are preferred.
