Breadbasket Manager Breadbasket Manager supports all aspects of our restaurant-style dining experience called the “Bread Basket.” This includes ordering, meal preparation, presentation, and the meal service experience. Responsibilities Occasional mandatory travel for training and development. Order food in a timely, cost-effective manner following Bickford’s process. Ensure all meal production information (e.g., production sheets, recipes, prep/pull sheets, menus) is available. Prepare meals per Bickford’s menus, processes, and expectations. Serve food timely, at correct temperatures and properly plated. Follow Bickford’s process during meal service. Interact with residents during meals to enhance their dining experience. Follow the Kitchen Daily Task Guide. Use residents’ Meal Order Information form to track all physician‑ordered diets, allergies, and preferences. Maintain food service records per regulatory requirements and company policies. Store food in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Complete the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule. Ensure kitchen and dining room meet regulatory and company cleanliness requirements. Coordinate with marketing and life enrichment leaders to provide appropriate food/refreshments for tours and events. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience. Willingness to pursue additional training or education that may be required by the state. ServSafe, CPR, and First Aid certifications. Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company guidelines. Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, organizational, time‑management, judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
