Digital Project Manager

Our client, a global leader in the footwear and lifestyle space, is seeking a Digital Commerce Project Manager (Marketplace + Integrations) to support execution across its global eCommerce and marketplace ecosystem. This role sits within the Digital Project Management function and is responsible for driving delivery, ensuring operational stability, and coordinating cross-functional execution across a complex digital commerce environment. You will support both ongoing marketplace operations and the delivery of enhancements across major retail and marketplace partners such as Amazon, TikTok, Target, and other global channels. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, QA, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution, issue resolution, and consistent delivery across platforms and integrations. You Will: Own end-to-end delivery of assigned digital and technical initiatives including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomes Support ongoing marketplace operations and ensure platform stability across global and regional storefronts Partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot platform, integration, and marketplace issues and help unblock delivery Act as a central coordination point across Engineering, QA, Product, IT, and business stakeholders Support the Sr. Project Manager with planning, execution, and stakeholder communications Coordinate work across vendors and systems including Rithum, OMS, OIC, middleware, and SAP integrations Maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, and release artifacts Track and elevate risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies in a matrixed environment Support QA and release cycles including testing coordination, defect triage, and post-launch stabilization Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and operational execution You Have: 2–3 years of experience in digital or technical project management within eCommerce or digital delivery environments Experience supporting multi-team, multi-platform initiatives Exposure to marketplace or third-party commerce ecosystems strongly preferred Familiarity with integrations and platform environments (OMS, middleware, order systems, etc.) Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet Ability to translate business needs into structured delivery plans and execution tasks Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn complex systems Nice to Have: Experience with Amazon and/or TikTok marketplaces #J-18808-Ljbffr
