Senior Solutions Architect

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Solution Architect to lead technology strategy and solution design for multiple platforms, including rewards, personalization, promotions, customer identity, and Voice of Customer capabilities.
This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, User Experience, and Business stakeholders to define scalable, customer-focused solutions that support digital growth. The Solution Architect will serve as a technical leader, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture standards while enabling innovative customer experiences across digital and in-store channels.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of relevant experience and a strong background translating business and functional requirements into scalable technical architectures and detailed design solutions. This role will evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms to solve complex business and customer experience challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate functional and business requirements into scalable solution architectures.
• Develop architecture and design artifacts to guide development teams.
• Define technology strategies and select appropriate platforms and technologies.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, UX, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, scalability, and integration standards.
• Provide technical leadership across customer-facing digital and in-store experiences.
• Evaluate existing platforms and recommend opportunities for modernization and optimization.
• Support integration across customer data, marketing technology, loyalty, analytics, and engagement platforms.
• Design solutions capable of supporting high-volume customer transactions and interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant solution architecture, application architecture, or technical architecture experience.
• Experience in retail, eCommerce, loyalty, customer engagement, or marketing technology.
• Experience with customer loyalty platforms, promotions engines, rewards systems, or personalization solutions.
• Experience integrating Voice of Customer/customer feedback platforms into operational workflows.
• Experience with customer data platforms, analytics, AI, and machine learning use cases.
• Knowledge of event streaming, messaging systems, APIs, and modern data platforms.
• Experience designing and supporting high-volume, customer-facing applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and modern application architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences.
