Repair Coordinator

Description:

• The Repair Coordinator is responsible for billing, packaging, and shipping customer owned two way radio communication devices within a depot environment.
• This role requires a highly organized, detail oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting service level expectations.
• Strong collaboration across FTC teams, service arms, and customer interactions is essential.
• Bill, package, and ship communication devices for repair services
• Process customer equipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with service level requirements
• Collaborate with FTC teams, service groups, and customers professionally
• Communicate status updates, issues, and resolutions clearly
• Prioritize tasks effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Support customer satisfaction through timely processing and quality execution
• Adapt to workload changes and support overtime needs when required

Qualification:

• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management in deadline driven environments
• Experience with billing, packaging, and shipping processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Comfortable working in fast paced, time sensitive environments
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Customer service experience
• Follow detailed work instructions

• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
• Mid-level experience required
• Software Proficiency: Oracle, Excel, Salesforce, Dialpad, Google Suites

• Work Schedule: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Full-time)
