About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Project Controls and PMCM to lead and expand its operations in Texas. This senior leadership role is pivotal, encompassing project delivery, project controls, client management, team leadership, and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of PMCM and project controls work, providing oversight across various functions, managing project performance, and leading a team of professionals. Additionally, the role involves building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the company at various industry events. Candidates for this position should have a strong background in project controls, PMCM, construction management, or major capital projects, with a focus on cost estimating, scheduling, and construction/project delivery. Experience in managing teams, overseeing multiple projects, and a proven track record in client-facing and relationship management are essential. The ideal candidate will also have a deep understanding of the Texas infrastructure and construction market and the ambition to take on a regional leadership role with a focus on operational and commercial growth.
