Bickford Senior Living seeks a Sales & Marketing Director to lead occupancy growth across our assisted living and memory care communities. In this resident-first, family-oriented environment, you will design and execute strategic marketing plans, manage referral relationships, and guide families through the decision-making process. Partnering closely with operations and care teams, you’ll align messaging with our culture of dignity, compassion, and independence while driving lead generation, tours, and move-ins through community outreach and targeted campaigns.
