Business Development Officer - Small Business Banker ( bilingual : Korean + English )

Business Development Officer - Small Business Banker Permanent, full-time, direct-hire W2 role with our client: base salary + full benefits + uncapped commission (including a guaranteed non-recoverable draw for the first 12 months) + residuals. Responsibilities Sell Clover, a cloud-based point‑of‑sale platform, to SMBs in the assigned territory. Manage a territory with dozens of partner bank branches, building relationships with business bankers to generate referrals and close deals. Conduct on‑site product demos and presentations at client businesses. Own the full sales cycle—prospecting, self‑sourcing leads, generating referrals, closing deals—and achieve quota/KPI targets. Turn around underperforming accounts and grow assigned territory through strong outside sales execution. Build lasting client and partner relationships, identify challenges early, and provide proactive solutions that drive growth and retention. Qualifications Proven outside sales experience with demonstrated quota attainment. Ability to work with provided leads, build own pipeline, and close deals. Strong communication skills, self‑starter mindset, and results‑oriented. Experience as a Business Banker / Commercial Relationship Banker/Manager with SMB clients is preferred.
