Admin Support (Non-Clinical)

Schedule: Hours are M, W, F from 10:00-6:30 and T, TH 10:30-7:00.

Duties: Schedule, register, verify insurance and check in/out patients.

Organizes and coordinates office support functions, activities and workflow for assigned functional area or department. Responsibilities: Coordinates office services including telephone coverage, supplies, and preparation and distribution of correspondence, meeting materials, and reports. Tracks and disseminates changes and updates to policies and procedures. Makes recommendations to improve and streamline office functions. Organizes and maintains filing systems, tracks scheduling information, and ensures that office operating costs are within budgetary constraints. Responds to internal and external inquiries, providing information, printed materials, or other resources as appropriate.

Requirement:

• High School diploma equivalency.
• 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
