Requirements 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales preferred. Property/Casualty insurance license (must obtain within 60 days of hire). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client interactions daily. Strong phone and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven. High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
